Remedial Education

This programme was initiated in 1999. Purpose of this intervention is to reduce dropout rate and retain children in the school and strengthen the learning process of two categories of students in the 6 to 14 years (a) those mainstreamed by Rasta in Government/Private/ School (b) those who are already studying in Govt. School, lagging behind in their studies or weak in learning and whose learning outcomes are below the expected level. So far Rasta has imparted remedial education to over 3000 children.
